WHAT YOU'LL DO

LeadandDevelopTeam:Manage,mentor,andmotivateateam ofdirectreportstoexceed(sales)targetswithin the annual operating plan andfosterprofessionalgrowth.Provideregular coaching,training,andperformancefeedback.

DriveSalesStrategy:Developandexecutesalesplans,identify newmarketopportunities,andoptimizesaleschannelsto maximizerevenue.

PerformanceMonitoring:EstablishKPIs,trackteamperformance,andrepreportsalesmetricstoseniormanagement.Usedata-driveninsightstoadjustsales plansproactively.

CustomerRelationshipManagement:Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswith(key)clients,partners,andstakeholdersto enhancecustomerloyaltyandbusinessexpansion.

Cross-functionalCollaboration:Workcloselywithmarketing,product management,andotherteamstoalignsalesinitiativeswith divisionalobjectivesanddeliverexceptionalcustomer experiences.

MarketAnalysis:Monitorindustrytrends,competitoractivity,andmarketdynamicstoidentifyrisksandopportunities.

ReportingandForecasting:Provideaccuratesalesforecasts, trackprogressagainstgoals,andreportonpipelinehealthand revenueprojections

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Bachelor’sdegreeinBusiness,Marketing,orarelatedfield

Minimumof5–7yearsofsalesexperiencewithprovenleadershipcapabilities.

Strongtrackrecordofmeetingorexceedingsalestargetsinafast-paced,competitiveenvironment.

Excellentcommunication,negotiation,andinterpersonalskills.

ProficientinCRMplatformsandsalesanalyticstools.

Tacticalthinkerwithahands-onapproachtoproblem-solvingandteammanagement.

WHERE YOU'LL WORK This will be a remote role. The territory will include Western US and preference is for candidates located in that region.
