Proactively prospect new business by a combination of cold calling and warm calling pre-qualified leads Field inbound sales calls and process orders Develop and maintain your database in our Salesforce CRM Manage and grow accounts over time to gain repeat business and expand on your account management skills Maintain customer relationships through frequent outbound phone calls Provide exceptional customer service to our existing and prospective customers Provide rental and sales quotes to customers in a timely and efficient manner Perform post-rental customer follow-up and care Resolve customer service issues Keep management informed by submitting weekly sales activity and results reports Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products Contribute and work as an integral part of our team by assisting in related areas as needed Job Requirements
2–3 years of sales, customer service, or account management experience Highly motivated and self-disciplined Strong customer service and sales skills Strong communication, negotiating, and organizational skills and ability to influence the sale Ability to multi-task and maintain a strong level of attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment High School Diploma or GED Skills & Experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications Computer skills - Intermediate Salesforce CRM experience a plus Exceptional people skills Highly organized self-starter Excellent written and verbal communication skills 2+ years related customer service/inside sales experience desired Social media and online sales experience are a plus Job Details
