Why This Role is Unique As the second Account Executive, you will shape the GTM motion alongside the CEO and leadership team.
Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of inbound leads, book 4–5 meetings daily.
Handle outbound and strategic warm leads.
Work with AI‑powered tools for qualification, outreach, and proposals.
Collaborate with CEO, product, and growth to influence the playbook.
Learn startup go‑to‑market fundamentals and build career growth foundation.
What You’ll Be Selling A powerful all‑in‑one client portal for SMBs (3–50 employees). Deals 3–15k, short cycle 3–5 weeks.
Required Experience
3+ years in B2B SaaS sales.
Full‑cycle sales track record.
Monthly quota of $50k selling SaaS to SMBs.
Experience selling complex multi‑feature SaaS.
Affinity for startups or small teams ( Bonus Points
Entrepreneurial background (founded business or early team).
Experience with professional services clients (consulting, accounting, legal).
Hybrid role – 2 days in office (Midtown Manhattan) / 3 days remote.
