Placement Director AP Executive Staffing Are you a highly organized and self-motivated professional with a passion for driving sales results? Our client is a globally recognized leader in product quality and service, and is expanding their team of customer-obsessed players who will thrive on supporting sales operations and lead generation. In this role, you will work closely with the inside sales team, playing a crucial role in qualifying sales leads, improving process efficiencies, and supporting the team's success.
Responsibilities
Qualify inbound leads and proactively conduct outreach to set up meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate lead records and track sales activities.
Serve as a liaison between various departments, including Sales, Customer Service, Technical Support, Finance, and Operations.
Generate sales and pipeline reports for leadership and support forecasting needs.
Manage calendar coordination, data entry, and document management, including the preparation of presentations and sales kits.
Identify and implement improvements to sales process efficiencies.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in inside sales, operations, or administrative coordination role.
Experience with lead qualification and pipeline development for a technical product or solution-based sales team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Salary This position offers a compensation of $23 - $26 per hour. Additionally, you will be eligible for a monthly bonus based on goal attainment.
