Outside Sales Consultant – Territory Location: Naples, FL Empire Today is looking for go-getters to meet face-to-face with our customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs. This role involves working with pre-qualified leads, representing a quality brand, and earning through a strong commission-based structure. Pay
Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Responsibilities
The role is a 100% commission + commission bonus opportunity. Outside Sales Consultants on average earn $50k - $70k the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k. Outside Sales Consultants meet face-to-face with customers in their homes and assist in selecting flooring products. Represent a quality brand serving customers for over 60 years with pre-qualified leads. Earn while you learn with paid training; multiple schedule options; company apparel stipend. Prospect and engage customers to grow business within the territory; leverage referrals and a nationwide presence to expand opportunities. Valid driver’s license and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards; ability to drive with sample boards Valid auto insurance Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually Business Development: achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales Availability for evening & weekend appointments Deliver excellent customer service Ability to use a tablet device and laser measuring device to facilitate diagramming and contract preparation Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel Employment type
