We are seeking enthusiastic Remote Outbound Sales Agents to join our virtual sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, persuasive, and driven to meet sales goals while working from home.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Present and promote products or services effectively.

Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.

Close sales and achieve performance targets.

Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions.

Candidate Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous outbound sales or call center experience preferred.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self‑motivated and results‑oriented.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Conditions of Employment

Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.

Must be willing to submit up to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.

Must be willing to submit to drug screening. Job offers are contingent on drug screening results (does not apply in Canada).

Physical Requirements This job is largely sedentary and requires using a computer and telephone headset. Employees may need to sit, stand, and move around the office, reach, lift objects up to 40 pounds, and operate office equipment.
