Full Time Summary: As a Key Account Manager in Operations, you will manage and grow key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and overseeing operational shipments. Collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional service is essential. Key Responsibilities: Account Management Primary contact for key accounts Build relationships at all levels Maintain and grow share of wallet Ensure current rates and market insights Create and update SOPs Lead client onboarding Operational Execution Oversee daily operations, identify risks Collaborate across stakeholders Respond to spot quotes and upselling Maintain data quality KPIs Performance Review Monitor customer and DSV performance Conduct client reviews Strategic Focus Support contract negotiations Identify new opportunities Develop account plans Optimize workflows and manage rate strategies Educational Background / Work Experience: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields preferred 5+ years in key account management in logistics preferred Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work independently and in teams Organizational and time management skills Knowledge of industry trends Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software Additional Qualifications: Master's degree preferred Experience with international logistics and sales Language Skills: Fluent in English Compensation:
