Sales Manager - HVAC Manufacturing - Base Salary to 55k/year - Mayfield, KY
Our client is a leading manufacturing in the HVAC and heat pump industry. The team is seeking a Sales Manager to add to the team.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and coaching a team of 20 inside sales representatives. This role is heavily focused on the management piece; there will be very little business development involved. This is an in-office opportunity.
Responsibilities
Handling day to day responsibilities with sales team
Help drive sales initiatives
Work along side Sales Director to learn new strategies
Generate daily & weekly sales reports
Assist with pickup and refund reports
Train new hires to get up to speed
Work cross-functionally with marketing team to improve market initiatives
Qualifications
5+ years in sales management experience
5+ years in B2B sales preferably in HVAC
Proven background in leading and growing teams
Track record of driving sales processes from start to close
Familiarity with MS Office and CRM
Compensation
Our client is offering a base salary up to 55k/year plus a bonus percentage that is based upon sales volume from the team along with a comprehensive benefits package.
