We assemble high-performing, expert product tech teams instantly through our Team Graph, mapping work experience of a fast-growing curated network of 3,500+ top product builders across product management, design, engineering, and data science. We are shaping the future of work and are a group of passionate, dynamic individuals who seek to push our product and services further. We aim to tackle current challenges in the working world and explore the uncharted territory of building on-demand remote tech teams. We are looking for talented people who are excited by the work we are doing to team up and build cloud-based teams. As an Account Executive, you will spearhead the adoption of A.Team. We are scaling this team rapidly; candidates should be eager to build, learn, and embrace challenges head-on. Note: A.Team’s platform is invite-only and has experienced exponential growth with millions in volume despite not yet publicly launched. Introduce A.Team to new prospect accounts across a broad range of industry verticals to enable clients to build tech products in new ways. Manage inbound leads and self-prospect to expand your pipeline using online and offline sources. Conduct discovery and online demonstration calls. Drive the full sales cycle from outreach to close while exploring creative engagement strategies. Collaborate with our Team Formation Specialist (Sales Engineers) and Customer Success team to ensure deals progress smoothly. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Accurate forecasting of sales activity and revenue in HubSpot. About you
2-6 years of full-cycle sales experience within the SaaS space. Ability to quickly build relationships, reframe thinking, and drive sales through solution selling. You empower organizations and a new way of work, bringing a vision to reality step by step and persisting through challenges. Strong work ethic, high energy, intellectual curiosity, a results-driven mindset, and a team player. Bonus Points For:
Experience seeing how tech teams are formed and the ability to speak intelligently about modern tech stacks for web, mobile, and data science. High EQ, comfort with ambiguity, and a no-job-too-small startup mentality.
