Manager, Sales – FIRST ONSITE, LLC
We’re looking for a driven and dynamic sales leader to spearhead growth, lead a high‑performing team, and build lasting client relationships.
Day in the Life Lead and empower a sales team, manage pipelines with Salesforce, build a diverse network of influencers, recruit and develop talent, and partner with operations and RFP teams to deliver exceptional client results. Travel 20‑50%, including extended stays at disaster sites.
Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional, client‑first customer experience
Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to drive sales growth
Develop and execute strategies to exceed revenue goals
Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders
Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure seamless project delivery
Recruit, train, and develop top‑performing team members
Leverage Salesforce to manage pipelines and track performance
Support RFP efforts to secure new business opportunities
Travel 20‑50%, including occasional extended stays at disaster sites
Valid driver’s license required
Experience & Education
5+ years solution‑based sales experience
4+ years sales leadership experience
Proven success driving new business and exceeding revenue goals
Bachelor’s degree and Salesforce knowledge, preferred
