Manager, Sales | First Onsite Property Restoration
Join First Onsite Property Restoration as a Manager, Sales and lead our team to drive new business, expand wallet share, and exceed revenue goals. You’ll develop and execute a high-impact sales plan, mentor and inspire your team, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to deliver outstanding client results.
You’ll work closely with National and Regional Sales teams, leverage Salesforce for tracking, build a network of industry influencers and partners, support RFP efforts, and invest in professional development.
Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional, client‑first customer experience
Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to drive sales growth
Develop and execute strategies to exceed revenue goals
Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders
Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure seamless project delivery
Recruit, train, and develop top‑performing team members
Leverage Salesforce to manage pipelines and track performance
Support RFP efforts to secure new business opportunities
Travel 20-50%, including occasional extended stays at disaster sites
Valid driver's license required
Qualifications
5+ years solution‑based sales experience
4+ years sales leadership experience
Proven success driving new business & exceeding revenue goals
Bachelor's degree & Salesforce knowledge, preferred
