Overview

Specialty Account Manager - UPLIZNA, IgG4 - Oklahoma City, OK (Rare Disease) is responsible for representing UPLIZNA to physicians and health care professionals, establishing product sales, and performing total territory account management within a designated geography. What You Will Do

Develops a comprehensive territory business plan aimed at achieving and exceeding annual sales goals established by sales and business unit leadership. Promotes UPLIZNA in accordance with labeling and in a manner consistent with industry guidelines and company policies. Addresses access, pull-through, and reimbursement issues by coordinating with key stakeholders and matrix team members. Builds strong customer relationships by understanding customer needs and communicating them to the team. Meets or exceeds corporate sales goals and communicates territory activity accurately and in a timely manner as directed by management. Drives product demand through education on disease state and product information. Provides feedback to sales and leadership about market changes and results. Adheres to the company’s compliance policies and guidelines (including PhRMA code). Collaborates with patient services and market access teams to achieve business goals and coordinates between accounts and Amgen field teams to support account needs. Educates healthcare professionals and office staff on site-of-care options. Attends medical congresses and society meetings as needed. Manages efforts within assigned promotional and operational budgets; maximizes use of approved resources to achieve territory and account goals. Completes all company training classes and administrative duties in a timely and accurate manner. Contributes as a member of a high-performance team and performs other duties as requested. Basic Qualifications

Doctorate degree with 2 years of collective account management, sales, and commercial experience; or Masters degree with 6 years of collective account management, sales, and commercial experience; or Bachelors degree with 8 years of collective account management, sales, and commercial experience; or Associate degree with 10 years of collective account management, sales, and commercial experience. Preferred Qualifications

Buy-and-bill experience with documented success and/or biologic/infusion experience. Sales experience in Gastroenterology or rare/specialty disease states. Site of care and reimbursement experience. Experience working with institutions and integrated delivery networks. Pharma account management selling experience; ability to coordinate across field teams. Approximately 80% travel (varies by territory), including some overnight and weekend commitments. Proficient in Microsoft Office; professional, proactive demeanor; strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. What You Can Expect From Us
