Position Title Sales Representative – Western U.S. Region

Location Remote – Based in or able to work within CST to PST time zones

Travel: Up to 25% within North America

Valid passport and visa required

Salary Range $60,000 – $70,000 per year + commission

Role Summary As a Regional Sales Representative, you’ll manage accounts and drive new business across the Western Region of the United States. You’ll be responsible for converting prospects into clients, nurturing existing relationships, and generating referrals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage sales territory aligned with company strategy

Prospect, develop, and manage new and existing business

Attend client meetings, conferences, and tradeshows

Maintain and grow client relationships using ethical sales methods

Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Prepare and deliver reports to internal stakeholders

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience

Minimum 3 years in a sales role

Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales quotas

Strong pipeline management and prospecting skills

Advanced oral, written, and presentation abilities

Adaptability to innovation and change

Ability to identify areas for improvement and support business growth
