The Royal Plus Sales Representative will perform a wide range of sales tasks, aimed at increasing the overall volume of work from existing and new sources. The primary goal is to enhance business and customer satisfaction for Royal Plus, Inc. by targeting residential, municipal, healthcare, government, property managers, and all commercial sectors within a defined region. The Sales Representative will develop the overall business strategy related to sales and measurable growth, maintain existing relationships, and establish new ones within the disaster recovery industry. Travel on CAT events is required. This position reports to the Northeast Regional Manager.

Job Duties:

Assist in developing and implementing a strategic sales plan for Royal Plus, Inc.

Generate leads with commercial clients

Meet or exceed sales goals

Focus on accountability to improve performance

Deliver sales presentations to prospective clients

Review RPI reporting system to document sales results

Create and foster a self-motivated environment

Maintain customer relationships and repair when necessary

Evaluate market positions and sales techniques of competitors

Stay current on industry changes through publications, meetings, and continuing education

Project a professional appearance and attitude, maintaining high ethical standards

Travel and assist during RP CAT events, such as hurricanes

Establish ERPs and gather necessary information to support first responders

Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications/Skills:

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

At least 18 years old

Experience in outside sales

Strong organizational skills

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)

Motivated, organized, and positive attitude

Personable and professional demeanor

Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods

Willingness to travel to meet clients

Salary & Commissions: Base salary paid weekly, plus commissions per contract (details available upon request).
