Field Account Executive - Ohio Based

to join MNJ Technologies’ sales team. The primary purpose of this position is to collaborate with sales reps to sell MNJ as a full portfolio solution provider to designated strategic accounts. Ensuring our strategic clients’ needs are accurately identified. This role builds relationships with clients and business leaders to drive sales within designated accounts. The focus is to achieve sales and profit goals through account reviews, account planning and expanding current spend across MNJ’s portfolio in Connectivity, Cloud, Data Center, Networking, Commodity hardware & software, and Security. Position Responsibilities

Work with sales reps to expand and deepen sales opportunities within strategically designated MNJ accounts, including discovery and heat mapping of all strategic named accounts. Develop and execute consultative/solution sales strategies to generate pipeline, drive opportunities and deliver repeatable bookings for strategic named accounts. Research the Total Addressable Market (TAM) of strategic named accounts and develop a strategy to capture a significant percentage of IT spend across solution areas. Expand relationships within the client’s organization to grow across MNJ’s portfolio. Manage and update all sales and opportunities within the CRM on a continual basis. Achieve or exceed quarterly profit quotas for strategic named accounts. Travel to assigned accounts to meet clients and attend company events. Assist with the development and execution of overall long-term strategy and roadmap for the account, aligned to customer business objectives. Lead Business Reviews at strategic accounts, coordinating with other sales resources to ensure strategic alignment. Provide weekly updates to sales management and participate in quarterly reviews with sales and executive leadership. Build effective working partnerships with colleagues with humility and enthusiasm. Other duties as assigned. Position requirements

High School diploma or equivalent. At least 6 years of experience in IT sales. At least 5 years of experience giving business presentations. At least 3 years of experience in a technical role. Residency requirement

Must reside in the state of Ohio due to frequent travel within this territory. Must be willing and able to travel up to 90% of the time for customer onsite meetings, training, and business needs. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must be able to drive to customer locations within the state of Ohio. May be required to travel outside the state of Ohio on an occasional basis. Must be proficient in problem discovery & solution selling. Ongoing technical training to gain more technical understandings. Complete certifications as needed. Ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word and Excel). Willingness to work harmoniously with other staff members. Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Ability to deal tactfully with vendors, customers, employees and the public. Benefits
