What You'll Do
Demonstrate all phases of the sales cycle, including prospecting, acquiring, identifying and qualifying customers
Organize joint sales calls with vendors and senior sales staff, generating new business and revenue through cold calling
Prepare sales orders, detailed quotes, and weekly sales reports while maintaining an expense account
Meet or exceed the monthly sales budget
Attend sales meetings, trainings, and other work‑related gatherings
Effectively communicate detailed information on products and services to both established and potential customers
Provide detailed product quotes for construction projects
What You'll Need
Proficiency in gathering market data, negotiating, closing, and following up on sales orders while multi‑tasking in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
Proficient computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
Decision‑making abilities with excellent customer service and strong verbal and written communication skills
Your Education
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required)
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business (preferred)
