Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $64,500.00/yr
We are searching for an Account Executive based in New York City to join our Client Services team. This entry‑level position is great for someone looking to learn the ins and outs of executing exciting experiential events for a variety of brands. The Account Executive reports to the Senior Account Supervisor and will be a member of the Live Events Group.
The Amazing Things You’ll Do
Participate in the development and activation of experiential marketing events for a variety of clients.
Attend both internal and client meetings, manage the creation of status reports, agendas, recaps, and weekly calendars.
Assist with the development and management of program budgets.
Attend events to ensure program quality and provide support as needed.
Oversee program status grids to keep program development on pace.
What Cool Things You Bring To The Table
Bachelor’s Degree
A demonstratable passion for events, and/or prior event planning/production experience
Exceptional organizational skills a must with a keen eye for detail
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Can own projects autonomously and take pride in the work you create and share
Strong written and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and juggle many tasks
Strong budget management skills
