Base Pay Range $110,000.00/yr – $150,000.00/yr

Our mission is to build the future of construction through intelligent automation and AI agents that streamline field operations.

Responsibilities

Lead the new account acquisition cycle, from prospecting to closing, focusing on strategic enterprise accounts.

Qualify inbound leads, conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions.

Develop prospecting plans for territory development, building rapport and creating opportunities.

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date forecasts and sales activity records in HubSpot.

Provide regular reports on sales activities and close high‑value deals, targeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly goals.

Collaborate with marketing, product and customer success teams to refine value propositions and market positioning.

Represent Trunk Tools at industry events, networking sessions and client meetings.

Qualifications

5+ years of outbound sales experience as an account executive.

Proven track record selling into the construction market, especially ENR 100.

Experience at a fast‑growth, early‑stage startup environment.

Strong prospecting, communication and negotiation skills; fluency in closing deals.

Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Self‑driven, results‑oriented mindset and ability to manage a full sales cycle.
