Mid-Market/ Majors Sales Account Executive

and lead new account acquisition in the construction technology space.

Base Pay Range $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Overview

Responsible for applying Trunk Tools product knowledge, sales methodology, and prospecting techniques to sell to strategic mid‑size accounts.

New account acquisition with emphasis on growth through new product sales to new and existing customers.

Follow up inbound leads, prospect, qualify, solution‑sell, negotiate, and close deals.

Reports to the VP of Sales and can be based remotely in the US. Immediate hiring is desired.

What You Will Do And Achieve

Timely follow‑up and qualification of new prospects from inbound leads or marketing requests.

Develop prospecting plans for territory development.

Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and gather business requirements.

Maintain accurate forecasts and reports on sales activities.

Increase knowledge of key competitors and effectively communicate our value proposition.

Manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information within HubSpot.

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Obtain repeat business, referrals, and references.

Engage in networking, relationship building, cold calling, lead follow‑up, product demonstrations, and execution of service agreements.

Who You Are

BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred.

3+ years of successful B2B software sales.

Experience with consultative, solution‑based sales methodology.

Proven record in inside or outside sales.

Ability and resilience to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Ability to develop trusted relationships.

Proficiency with Google products and online collaboration tools.

Experience with CRM, preferably HubSpot.

Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting.
