Field Sales Representative – TruGreen
We’re looking for a personable, energetic, and self‑motivated individual to become the face of TruGreen within your local community. As a Territory Sales Representative you’ll connect with homeowners, introduce them to personalized lawn care solutions, and build long‑term relationships—all while using TruGreen’s proven Sales Playbook. Responsibilities
Engage new and existing customers through door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm. Customize sales messaging to match each household’s unique lawn care needs. Convert “just looking” interactions into signed contracts using a proven sales methodology. Log interactions and track performance in the CRM to measure activity and ensure follow‑through. Cross‑sell and upsell additional services to maximize customer value. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED (PhD in People Skills highly encouraged). Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but passion and hustle are most important. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Excellent communication skills—to keep small talk sincere and closing talk smart. Strong time‑management skills and a self‑starter mindset. Comfortable with mobile technology; no coding required. Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors. Benefits & Perks
