Inside Sales Representative
– Corporate Interiors, Inc.
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing customer relationships through proactive outreach, product knowledge, and effective communication.
This role supports our field sales team by qualifying and developing sales leads from multiple sources to create high quality sales prospects. The focus is on driving revenue growth by identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales over the phone, email, or virtual meetings.
Essential Functions
Proactively contact potential and existing customers to understand their needs and promote products or services.
Develop and manage a pipeline of leads, opportunities, and accounts using lead sources and CRM tools.
Prepare and deliver sales quotes, proposals, and product information.
Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries to convert leads into customers.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and responsiveness.
Collaborate with field sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Stay up to date on product knowledge, pricing, and market trends.
Requirements
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in sales or customer service.
2+ years of inside sales or business development experience (B2B preferred).
Excellent PC skills: high proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and related tools.
Related industry experience preferred.
Strong written and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
