Be the face of TruGreen, engaging with homeowners face-to-face to understand their needs and deliver custom lawn care solutions that build trust and satisfaction. Educate customers on TruGreen’s lawn care benefits and provide tailored service recommendations. Engage with new and existing customers through door-to-door outreach with professionalism and energy. Customize sales messaging to match the unique lawn care needs of each household. Turn inquiries into considered interest using a proven sales methodology and processes. Log interactions and track performance using a CRM to measure activity and follow-through. Cross-sell and upsell with expertise to help customers upgrade their lawn care. What You’ll Bring
High school diploma or GED required. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus; passion and hustle are valued. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills, both in conversation and closing conversations. Solid time management and a self-starter mindset. Comfortable with technology and mobile devices. Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors. Perks & Benefits
