Sales Representative . The primary responsibility is to manage the sales process while providing excellent customer service, continuously sourcing new customers, helping them find and design their dream home, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Effectively communicate DR Horton’s value proposition, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers. Uncover and understand customer goals and challenges, then establish DR Horton as the best solution available. Overcome objections and close sales. Maintain accurate documentation of transactions from sale through loan, options, and construction. Continually source new sales opportunities. Create and provide to management a marketing plan for establishing new customer relationships. Network and perform outreach to realtors. Manage time efficiently, meet sales goals, and work effectively with other team members. Maintain and expand the database of prospects. Attend sales meetings. Develop and maintain good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members. Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards. Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase goodwill and profit of the company. Qualifications

Associate’s Degree or 2 years of related experience. Must have a vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and be able to drive in daytime or nighttime. Ability to use DRH Sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop. Ability to follow instructions in written, oral, or application format. Proficiency with MS Office and email. Physical ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours, sit for extended periods, kneel and bend, walk stairs, walk on uneven terrain, use hands, reach, talk, and hear; lift or move up to 25 pounds; meet all vision requirements (close, distance, color, peripheral). Regular exposure to outside weather conditions. Ability to work in moderate noise level. Preferred Qualifications

Licensing requirements vary by state. Prior CRM software experience. Previous sales experience; industry knowledge preferred. Excellent interpersonal and interaction skills. Strong motivation. Benefits
