Senior Account Manager – New Construction Energy Efficiency

Energy Infrastructure Partners LLC (EIP) – Pay range: $70,000 – $90,000 per year. Location: Northeast Oregon along I‑84 or adjacent areas. Oregon residency strongly preferred. Travel: up to three days per week, occasional overnight. Valid driver’s license required. Must be able to climb ladders and reach rooftops during site visits. EIP is a minority‑owned company specializing in energy efficiency, decarbonization, and demand‑side management. While locations nationwide, local impact is emphasized. As a Senior Account Manager, you will lead and coordinate energy‑efficiency program activities, focusing on project management to ensure timely delivery and compliance. Responsibilities include recruiting utility commercial and industrial customers for new‑construction projects, managing eligibility compliance, verifying installations, presenting updates, and driving energy savings for incentive payouts. You will maintain account progress to meet energy savings and revenue goals across multiple programs. Objectives of this Role

Community Engagement – Develop outreach strategies for business communities. Partnership Development – Collaborate with local organizations, agencies, architects, engineers, utility customers, and stakeholders. Utility Customer Engagement – Recruit C&I customers for new‑construction incentive programs. Trade Ally Recruitment – Onboard providers who sell and install energy‑efficient equipment. Educational Initiatives – Organize in‑person and virtual events, workshops, and presentations. Relationship Management – Maintain positive relationships with partners and stakeholders. Special Project Management – Manage administrative processes and develop tools and marketing materials. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

Project Management (50%) – Scope and manage system, CRM, and marketing tool development. Utility Customer Engagement – Outreach to C&I customers and promote their participation. Outreach Strategy – Execute plans to engage communities. Community Liaison – Serve as liaison among EIP, clients, communities, and stakeholders. Partnership Building – Cultivate connections with local organizations and suppliers. Event Management – Plan and coordinate educational events and workshops. Trade Ally Recruitment – Identify and collaborate with trade allies. Communication – Convey program offerings, goals, and values to stakeholders. Data Management – Maintain accurate records and update CRM. Feedback Collection – Gather stakeholder feedback to refine strategies. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Development, or Commercial Construction, or equivalent experience. Must be able to read a mechanical schedule. Utility or energy‑efficiency industry knowledge – familiarity with C&I customers and trade dynamics. Knowledge of the Northeast Oregon region. 10+ years of experience in community outreach, partnership development, or a related sales role. Relationship building skills with diverse stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project‑management skills. Passion for sustainable practices and community engagement. Preferred Qualifications

Telephone and electronic sales experience. Event planning experience. Experience recruiting and collaborating with trade allies. Proficiency in social media outreach. Benefits
