Position Overview As Sales Manager West at Lauterbach Inc., you will play a key role in supporting and expanding our customer base in the Western region of the United States. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing technical and commercial support to customers
Presenting and demonstrating our products
Preparing, negotiating, and following up on quotations
Planning, preparing for, and attending industry trade fairs and exhibitions
Initiating new customer relationships and developing long-term, trusted partnerships
Expanding business into new sectors and markets
Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams at headquarters
Your Profile To be considered for this role, you should bring:
A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, technical computer science, or a comparable technical field
Strong knowledge of hardware-related software (mandatory)
Previous experience in technical sales
Familiarity with debuggers for embedded applications (preferred)
Experience with Lauterbach TRACE32 systems (a plus)
Excellent communication skills in English
Willingness to travel within the USA and occasionally to Germany
The ability to work independently, proactively, and with strong attention to detail
