Overview As a member of our USA team, you will be responsible for an existing book of business, strengthening existing relationships, retaining current spend, and generating new revenue from your clients using multiple Chambers product offerings.
Main Duties and Responsibilities The ideal candidate will work well under pressure, be a problem‑solver, and be confident communicating with clients, team members and management.
As a member of our Core Account team, you will be responsible for an existing book of business comprising the world’s leading law firms and professional services firms. Leveraging Chambers’ position as the market leader, you will strengthen relationships, retain spend and generate new revenue, using multiple product offerings.
You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment, across multiple jurisdictions and stakeholders, meeting frequent deadlines. Excellent organisational and time‑management skills are a must.
The role offers the flexibility to contribute effectively within a high‑performing team environment while holding a full quota for your personal book of business.
You will work closely with and have the support of the Commercial Manager Core Accounts USA.

33 days PTO per annum (25 days PTO + 8 public holidays)
The offices are also closed between Christmas and New Year, so no need to book time off for 27th – 31st December
