Leaf Home Water Solutions – Territory Sales Representative (Kansas City)

Compensation: $50,000 – $100,000+ per year (target earnings)
Job Summary Leaf Home is looking for a motivated Territory Sales Representative to provide potential customers with expertise and education about LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement. You will conduct quick home inspections from the street, identify homeowner challenges, and educate customers about Leaf Home solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
Generate sales leads for our outside sales team by covering an assigned territory each day, going door to door and engaging prospective customers at their homes about Leaf Home products (local travel required).
Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on the benefits of Leaf Home and gather information for the sales team to schedule an in‑person product demonstration.
Report daily results to the field management team and collaborate with other sales representatives.
Represent Leaf Home professionally, ensuring high quality and accurate representation of products and an exceptional customer experience.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
Highly motivated to sell and self‑driven to exceed goals.
Customer‑focused and results oriented.
Professional demeanor and attire.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Physical Demands
Work outdoors daily with exposure to weather; extended walking/standing periods required.
Field office, manufacturing or construction environment.
Occasional or frequent lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling of up to 10 pounds.
