Position Overview This role is responsible for managing kitchen remodeling sales from initial contact through signed contract. While we provide warm leads and access to marketing events, you will also be expected to actively generate your own leads daily through prospecting, referrals, networking, and outreach.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of proven marketing, customer service, and sales experience (home improvement or in‑home sales preferred)

Documented ability to consistently hit revenue targets and maintain strong close rates

Comfortable working independently, managing time, and generating leads

Proficient in CRM usage, follow‑up communication, and detailed note‑taking

Professional appearance and communication skills

Willing to work evenings or weekends as needed to close sales

Performance Expectations

Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets and closing percentage benchmarks

Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up with all leads promptly
