Job Summary: The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding distribution channels, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This role plays a key part in achieving sales targets, promoting products, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in assigned territories or channels.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as assigned.
Manage and expand customer base in designated areas (e.g., HORECA, Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, Food Service)
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
Present and promote food & beverage products to customers and distributors.
Negotiate prices, promotions, and trade terms to close sales effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitors’ activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Support product launch activities and promotional campaigns.
Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt problem resolution.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or related fields.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in
FMCG or Food & Beverage
industry).
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Service-minded, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
Good knowledge of sales process and customer management.
Able to travel and work in the field regularly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Own a car and a valid driving license (preferred).
Basic English communication skills will be an advantage.
