Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working knowledge Trainee: 2+ year experience in sales, preferably B2B environment Sales Rep: 2+ year experience in sales, with minimum of 2 year in packaging/manufacturing industry Dependable and dedicated (not moving from company to company) Excellent interpersonal skills. Aptitude to learn technical knowledge about corrugated industry. Proficient with Microsoft 365, familiarity with Amtech is highly desirable Valid CA Driver’s license Occasional travel Responsibilities
Report to Sales Manager and work closely with Design, Customers Service, Logistics and Production departments. Maintenance of existing customers; development of new customers; Pricing strategy and implementation; Coordinating appropriate course of action and resolution for customers’ requests or complaints; Optimizing value proposition for existing and future customers; Collection follow-ups; Providing timely feedback on market, customer, and competitive activities; Other sales related activities. In-depth on-job training will be provided during the introductory period (minimum 6 months).
