Sell products from the Parts Department, Service Department, and Body Shop. Generate quotes for these products. Follow up on leads and quotes. Promote vehicle sales, gather leads, and coordinate with the Vehicle Sales Manager and Parts Manager. Visit customers regularly, at least every other week, and maintain contact between visits. Stay updated on customer vehicles in the Service Department or Body Shop and keep customers informed. Complete all necessary paperwork when returning parts or cores. Communicate with the Warehouse Manager about expected returns. Maintain and submit updated Customer Profile sheets weekly. Use provided analysis tools to grow sales and increase maintenance parts penetration. Generate new customer leads. Additional Details
