Apply as a Remote Sales Rep on our growing team! The need for our services is never-ending and we're actively onboarding and training local reps in full-time or part-time positions. Who we are Seeking Self-motivated individuals with a results-driven mindset A strong desire to learn (training and support are provided) Excellent time management and the ability to work independently People with a natural leadership quality, not a managerial mindset Willingness to adhere to and follow our 6 core values Key Responsibilities Access to warm leads -
NO COLD CALLING! Call leads, schedule appointments Learn a 10-minute presentation and present insurance strategies Conduct a needs assessment to understand and address clients’ insurance needs Assist in writing and signing an application for an insurance product Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients About the Position Commission-based compensation ( 1099 ) Flexible hours- you build your own schedule Direct reporting and tracking progress with an experienced leader and mentor Perfect as a side hustle (at first) and transition to full-time when ready Compensation includes bonuses, overrides, back-end commissions, residuals and more We also hold an in-person interview event on Wednesday evenings in Chandler, AZ.
