Inside Sales Representative . This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving sales and customer engagement in a dynamic, fast‑paced industry.

Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales Development:
Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, online research, and social media.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Manage leads through the sales pipeline, track all activities, and maintain accurate forecasts within CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Collaboration & Partnership:
Work closely with Regional Account Managers to strategize and execute joint plans to achieve sales goals and targets.
Meeting & Handoff:
Set up meetings, qualify opportunities, and hand off to the Regional Account Managers for further development.
CRM & Database Management:
Build and maintain an internal database of key stakeholders and track progress within the company’s CRM system.
Sales & Marketing Alignment:
Collaborate with marketing to boost event attendance and strengthen lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or relevant life sciences industry experience.
Experience:
0‑2 years of successful sales or customer service experience in life sciences.
Skills:
Strong problem‑solving abilities, excellent oral and written communication skills, and solid time management.
CRM Experience:
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms preferred.
Mindset:
A proactive, “can‑do” attitude with the ability to thrive in a high‑activity sales environment and work as part of a team.
What’s on Offer:
Competitive Salary:
Base compensation of $50,000 - $80,000 + commission + stock options (commensurate with experience).
KPI‑Based Incentives:

Work Environment:

Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (onsite in Beverly, MA).
