Inside Sales Representative We are not looking for administrative support; we are hiring a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to be the Conversion Engine of our business. Your sole focus is maximizing the return on our marketing investment by mastering the initial client conversation. At Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty, you will be empowered to separate curiosity from commitment, strategically qualifying and nurturing warm leads provided directly by our system. This is a role for a sharp, results-oriented professional who wants to specialize, earn a high income, and build a career on predictable success, not guesswork.

Responsibilities

Set appointments for our sales team.

Calling property inquiries and requests, and buyer & seller leads we supply - no cold calling!

Accountability & daily reporting.

Qualifications

Strong drive to meet & exceed daily goals.

Pleasant phone voice & exceptional.

Willingness to obtain your real estate license.

Compensation $75,000 - $85,000 per year
