Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and cemetery property/merchandise. Assist families with funeral selections and attend services. Generate leads through a combination of walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive lead generation and prospecting. Engage in activities that support clients through the service continuum and provide compassionate guidance. Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; related area such as Business, Marketing, and/or Sales preferred. 1 year of sales experience preferred. Valid driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle; offsite appointments and travel may be required; mileage reimbursement provided. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook). Experience with a CRM or lead management system preferred. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and verbal/written/interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information. Availability to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed. Compensation & Benefits
Estimated first-year earnings:
$65,000 - $75,000 (includes hourly wage and commission). Uncapped commission and earnings. Training Pay of $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks.
