About the Role
Estimated first-year earnings range: $40,000 - $60,000
Uncapped commission and earnings.
Training Pay of $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks.
This position sells pre-need and at-need funeral services and inventory as well as cemetery services, property, and merchandise. The Sales Counselor assists families with funeral selections and attends services. Leads are generated through a combination of walk-ins, inbound calls and proactive lead generation and prospecting.

Generate leads through walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive lead generation and prospecting.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; some additional education preferred (Business, Marketing, Sales).
1 year of sales experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) required.
Experience working in a CRM preferred.
Strong attention to detail, problem solving, verbal, written, interpersonal, organizational skills.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Availability to work holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
