Job Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations, drive business growth, and ensure a top-notch customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for motorsports, and a proven track record of sales management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead the sales team, ensuring targets and objectives are met.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to increase sales and profitability.

Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and follow-up.

Maintain knowledge of the latest products and trends in the powersports industry.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and assist in closing high-value sales.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the automotive, powersports, or retail industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical abilities and data‑driven decision‑making.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.

Passion for powersports is a plus.

Knowledge of inventory management and sales software is preferred.

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
