John Hinderer Honda Powerstore is looking for an experienced
Powersports Service Technician
to join our service team. This role offers

The ideal candidate is a motivated technician with a passion for powersports who takes pride in high-quality diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs. This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional service experiences while supporting a fast-paced, team-oriented operation. What You’ll Do
Diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance on motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs
Inspect vehicles to identify required or recommended safety and service work
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding additional repairs, changes in scope, or timing concerns
Accurately document all work performed and recommendations on repair orders
Save and tag parts for warranty or customer review when required
Road test vehicles as needed or coordinate with test technicians
Participate in Honda-sponsored training programs, schools, and certification events
Stay current on Honda technical bulletins and service updates
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Coordinate with vendors on parts availability and service timelines
Verify parts received and ensure accuracy
Scan and upload invoices and service documentation promptly
Assist with repair order documentation and parts counter support as needed
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of technician experience and/or technical training
Previous Honda or powersports experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to provide professional, friendly service to internal and external customers
Ownership of tools appropriate to your skill level
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening
