We are seeking a motivated and customer-focusedSales Representativeto join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for PowerSports, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver outstanding sales experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment while helping customers find the perfect ride. Responsibilities
Greet and engage with customers, building rapport and understanding their riding needs. Present and explain product features, benefits, and financing options. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and industry trends. Achieve sales goals by guiding customers through the purchase process. Ensure a positive, professional, and fun buying experience. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Assist with showroom presentation, merchandising, and promotional events. Qualifications
Previous sales experience (PowerSports, automotive, or related industry preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed goals. Passion for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or other PowerSports products. Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement. Compensation & Benefits
