What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Identify, develop, and implement strategies to engage major accounts in targeted industry segments
Meet and maintain specific sales goals in conjunction with local sales management
Establish and maintain professional relationships with key personnel in client companies
Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored solutions using the employer's products and services
Organize and participate in industry exhibitions and conferences to enhance market share
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of an AS or BS in a technical discipline
Proven success in business development of accounts with long selling cycles
Fluent in English with strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft products and computer literacy
Knowledge of fluid power, electronics, and electromechanical engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in the process automation industry and specific segment knowledge
Familiarity with SAP and Mosaic software
