What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives through in-person and virtual communications
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure effective communication and resource management
Uphold the highest ethical standards and compliance with FDA guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree in science or related field and a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, with 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex accounts
Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record, residing within the geographic area of the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of similar experience
Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
Familiarity with specialty fulfillment and payer requirements
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated leadership skills in cross-functional team environments
