What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and key opinion leaders
Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives through various communication methods
Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
Collaborate with internal partners to enhance communication and strategy execution
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree in science or a related field and a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams while building trust among peers
Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools such as Salesforce.com and Oracle
Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with residency within the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master’s degree in science or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
Familiarity with specialty fulfillment and payer requirements
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Adaptability in managing change and thriving in fast-paced environments
