What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
Execute territory sales strategies through both in-person and virtual communications
Identify and address opportunities and barriers to product success in the assigned territory
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and resource management
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA degree in science or a related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales performance
Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams
Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools such as Salesforce.com and Oracle
Valid driver's license and clean driving record for frequent travel within the territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
Familiarity with specialty pharmacy distribution
Master’s degree in science or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience
Proven ability to navigate complex accounts across varied care sites
Strong project management abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments
