Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory Develop and manage long‑term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders Execute territory sales strategies through in‑person and virtual communications Identify opportunities and barriers to product success within the territory Collaborate with internal partners to enhance product education and market presence What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree in science or related field and a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales Alternatively, a Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives in complex environments Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and best practices Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as frequent driving is required How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales is strongly preferred Familiarity with business systems and salesforce automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce.com, Oracle) Previous experience with specialty pharmacy distribution Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work cross-functionally Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
