What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
Manage and develop long-term relationships with healthcare providers and other key stakeholders
Drive product acceptance through targeted education and strategic account management
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure effective communication and resource management
Uphold ethical standards and comply with FDA guidelines and pharmaceutical industry best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
Ability to lead and participate in cross‑functional teams while building trust among peers
Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
Familiarity with specialty pharmacy distribution
Strong project management abilities and analytical thinking skills
Entrepreneurial attitude with a results‑oriented mindset
