What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
Execute territory sales strategies through in-person and virtual communications
Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
Uphold ethical standards and compliance policies in all professional interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical sales
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales track record
Experience with business systems and salesforce automation platforms
Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with residency in the assigned territory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong sales disposition
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master's degree in science or related field AND 2+ years of similar experience
Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
Familiarity with specialty fulfillment and payer requirements
Proven leadership skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
Strong project management abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments
