What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives via in-person and virtual communicationsBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers and advocacy groups
Collaborate with internal partners across various functions to ensure product success
Uphold the highest ethical standards and comply with industry guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
Ability to lead and participate in cross‑functional teams while building trust among peers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong sales disposition
Valid driver's license and clean driving record; residence within the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
Familiarity with business systems and salesforce automation platforms
Proven analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
