What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives via in-person and virtual communications
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers and clinical staff
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners such as marketing and medical science liaisons
Uphold the highest ethical standards in alignment with FDA guidelines and pharmaceutical industry best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech or related experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or LTC, Psychology, or Neurology sales experience
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams effectively
Strong computer skills and proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Master’s degree in science or related field AND 2+ years of similar experience
Experience with close-door or specialty pharmacy distribution
Background in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic experience
Proven leadership skills and ability to build trust among peers
Intellectual curiosity and ability to challenge the status quo
