What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Promote and drive growth of Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
Manage and develop long-term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives through in-person and virtual communications
Identify territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and resource management
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree in science or related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales performance
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and build trust among peers
Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Oracle, SAP)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must reside within the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
Familiarity with specialty pharmacy distribution
Advanced degree in science or related field
Track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives in complex environments
Strong project management abilities and analytical thinking skills
