What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
Execute territory sales strategies through in‑person and virtual communications
Identify and address territory‑specific opportunities and barriers to product success
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment
What is Required (Qualifications)
BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or related sales experience
Master's degree in science or related field AND 2+ years of similar experience noted above
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives in complex environments
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and enforcement environments
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
Close‑door or specialty pharmacy distribution experience
Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools such as Salesforce.com and Oracle
Ability to lead and participate in cross‑functional teams
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
